I am interested.  I live on the east coat in the U.S., so any evening after 9:00pm (have to get the kids in bed), or anytime on the weekends.

I should be able to manage anytime, though some times are better than others.  If we could do it on a Saturday (yours) I should be able to be not so quiet on your end, Aken.  Plus I would be able to record it effortlessly.  I'm still up for editing it all again.

Saturday is game night, but it depends on what time. I play at 7 PM my time, which is GMT -4

17:00 Saturday NZT to 23:00 Sunday NZT.
04:00 Saturday GMT to 10:00 Sunday GMT.
23:00 Friday EST to 05:00 Sunday EST.

Though I'm on summer time so that might not be exactly right, but anyway I can do other times, there are some small windows which I could book studio time but obviously we'd be bumped if anything else at all comes in or over runs.

As confusing as the international date line is, I think we can manage. As of this post, it is 11:15 AST (GMT -4). If you have your timezone configured properly in your profile it will give your local time as the time of this post. If we can run it sometime Saturday afternoon, say 2 PM (GMT -4) then that would work out perfect for me. What about you J8 and E?

Thats the time I have as well. (Vista having multiple clocks is nice. I set it up for my timezone, New Zealand and GMT to keep things right in my head.)
